Who handles your enquiry

This independent property enquiry website is advertised and operated by Lee Gui Zhi as the Website Advertiser and Marketing Enquiry Coordinator. Lee Gui Zhi is not represented as a registered estate agent or real estate negotiator.

Property-related enquiries are supported by Jay Teo, Registered Real Estate Negotiator REN 28342, under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd E(1)1584.

This is not the official website of M Aurora, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Major Land Development Sdn Bhd or the project developer.

Information collected and purpose

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address and enquiry preference to prepare your requested WhatsApp enquiry, allow Jay Teo to respond to the property enquiry, and allow Lee Gui Zhi to coordinate marketing follow-up by email where consent is given. The information may be used to provide requested M Aurora information, discuss current availability or pricing, or arrange a viewing or presentation.

Do not provide payments, passwords, OTPs, payment-card information, banking credentials, NRIC information, copies of identity documents or other sensitive information through this form or an initial enquiry message.

How the WhatsApp form works

The information you enter is processed locally in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message. It is not submitted to or stored in a database on this website. When you choose “Continue on WhatsApp,” the details are transferred to WhatsApp and received by Jay Teo at +60 11-3996 8786. WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy policy.

Use, sharing and retention

Your information is used only to handle your enquiry and consented related follow-up. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. Lee Gui Zhi may receive enquiry information through email or marketing coordination and may share it with Jay Teo only where reasonably necessary to handle your property enquiry. Jay Teo receives WhatsApp and phone enquiries. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Enquiry records may remain in WhatsApp, email or phone communications only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain related records or satisfy applicable obligations. They will then be deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.

Security and cookies

Reasonable safeguards are used for enquiry communications, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This website does not currently place analytics, advertising or remarketing cookies. If non-essential tracking is introduced later, this policy and any legally required consent controls must be updated before that tracking is activated.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information held in communications. A request will be handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
