Who handles your enquiry

This independent property enquiry website is operated separately from the project developer. Operator details are available on the About & Contact page.

Property-related enquiries are handled by JT under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd E(1)1584.

This is not the official website of M Aurora, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Major Land Development Sdn Bhd or the project developer.

Information collected and purpose

This website does not contain an enquiry form. If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email, we may receive your name, contact details and the information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your M Aurora enquiry, discuss current availability or pricing, or arrange a viewing or presentation.

Do not provide payments, passwords, OTPs, payment-card information, banking credentials, NRIC information, copies of identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry message.

How WhatsApp enquiries work

When you select a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens with a short project-related message. Any information you then enter is transferred to WhatsApp and received by JT at +60 11-3996 8786. WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy policy.

Use, sharing and retention

Your information is used only to handle your enquiry and consented related follow-up. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. The website operator may receive enquiry information through email and may share it with JT only where reasonably necessary to handle your property enquiry. JT receives WhatsApp and phone enquiries. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Enquiry records may remain in WhatsApp, email or phone communications only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain related records or satisfy applicable obligations. They will then be deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
